Our Studio

At Bikram Yoga Reston we offer:

• A full schedule of 47 Bikram yoga classes taught by a variety of certified and qualified instructors
• Hot Yoga room, heated to about 105 degrees fahrenheit about 40% humidity
• Special Yoga room flooring  with wood-grain sheet that has microbial resistance. It is made out of 10% recycled materials. It features an anti-fatigue, cushioned-step and closed-cell foam-backing and it is perfect for hot yoga applications.
• A clean environment: We have cleaning staff cleaning the studio thoughout  the day and evening. We clean the yoga room and shower areas in between each class.
• Chiropractic, Acupuncture , and Massage with Dr Su and Dr Chris with Beyondwellnessonline.com
• Changing rooms with showers and bathrooms. Extra bathrooms available outside.
• Freshly squeezed “Orange Juice”  that we make with our special zumex juicer (check photo below)
• We sell E3 Live : blue-green algae (AFA for short) that is an all-organic wild-harvested aqua-botanical considered by renowned health authorities to be nature’s most beneficial superfood.
• We offer yoga clothing items by Shakti, Heidi bottoms, Bellissima and Mika
• Water, vitamin water, coconut water. You can also refill your bottles in the water fountain right outside the studio
