Retreat Schedule
DAY 1 – Saturday April 22nd
Arrival, get settled and Reykjavik City walking tour
- Book your flight from US to leave April 21st at night and to arrive by 630am to Keflavík Airport
- From Keflavik airport, we will depart to Reykjavík and check in at Sand Hotel (boutique luxury hotel in the city of Reykjavik- Our home for the next 5 nights)
- After check in and light breakfast, we will go on a city walking tour and discover the highlights of Reykjavík . We will see all the famous and iconic landmarks of the city during this walking tour and we will learn the history of the city with our expert local guide.

- Early eve yoga
- Relax , sleep and get ready for the next day!
DAY 2 – Sunday April 23rd
Reykjavik Day, Yoga and Sky Lagoon with 7 step ritual experience

Enjoy breakfast buffet at hotel
- Mid day Yoga Class
- In afternoon we will head to Sky lagoon where we will enjoy the 7 step ritual experience.(This experience included for you!)
- You can Spend the rest of the evening here (until they close) they have a cafe on site if you wish to eat there on your own.
- Group Dinner in reykjavik
DAY 3 – Monday April 24th
Blue Lagoon Day
- Enjoy breakfast buffet at hotel
- We will depart to Blue Lagoon at 1030am
- Blue Lagoon with Premium entry
- Group Lunch at Lava Restaurant at Blue Lagoon
- Option to stay at Blue Lagoon after lunch or return to Reykjavik
- Dinner on your own
DAY 4 – Tuesday April 25th
Golden Circle & Friðheimar Tomato Greenhouse and The Secret Lagoon
- Enjoy breakfast buffet at hotel
- You guide will pick you up at 10 am from Reykjavík to commence our Golden CircleTour .
- We head straight to the Secret Lagoon geothermal pool, the perfect start to the day.
- Then we head to Friðheimar Tomato Farm for group lunch where we eat from their delicious tomato inspired menu right inside the greenhouse amongst all the plants. It’s a truly unique and amazing experience.
- After lunch it’s off to see the famous sights within the Golden Circle. The mighty Gullfoss waterfall, the erupting geysers and geothermal area of Geysir and the historical sight of Þingvellir National Park, where the tectonic plates are pulling apart. This is a great mix of learning about Iceland’s geology and history, with some unique twists.
- You will return just in time for going out for dinner in the city. Dinner on your own this eve
DAY 5- Wednesday April 26th
West Iceland and Hvammsvík Hot Springs Day Tour
- Enjoy breakfast buffet at hotel
- we will head out of the city. During the drive you will see Mosfellsdalur, lush scenic lowland and Þórufoss waterfall, a Game of Thrones shooting location among other picturesque landscapes in beautiful nature paradise that is Hvalfjörður. After relaxing in the hot springs and enjoying the extraordinary views, we’ll assemble to the bus and make our way towards the city.
