North Portugal Hot Yoga & Wellness Retreat

This retreat will be held at the beautiful D’Alijo Retreat Center, located just one hour from Porto (the second largest city in Portugal). Attending this retreat will give you the  opportunity to retreat in nature, practice yoga daily and get well nourished. You will  leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.

• 6 nights accommodations in single or double occupancy rooms
• Brunch and dinner served daily with vegetarian or vegan meals from the organic kitchen garden with seasonal fruits and vegetables, always picked fresh at the right time for optimal flavor
• Daily Therapeutic Hot Yoga Classes (Bikram Method)  held in infrared heated yoga room a few steps from your accommodations!
• Posture Clinic with Rima (if the group is interested)
• Yoga mat and daily towel service
• Tea, coffee, fresh fruit throughout the day
• Transportation from Porto Airport and D’Alijo Retreat Center at designated time on arrival and departure days

Booking your Flights

• Our retreat center will be about an hour drive from Porto (second largest city  in Portugal). Retreat attendees will be picked up  on Monday February 26th from Porto (either Porto Airport or Porto train station). Pickup time TBD
• There are no direct flights from the US to Porto, Portugal. However, you can arrive to Porto airport by either connecting through other european cities or you can also fly direct to Lisbon, Portugal and take the fast train to Porto (about 3 hour train from Lisbon).
• We recommend you arrive to Porto the night before the retreat and that you stay in Porto that night.  This will allow you to relax after long flight and explore Porto.
• For those staying in Porto the night before retreat, we can recommend accommodations and we can arrange a group meal/drinks in Porto on night before the retreat — Sunday night February 25th.
• If you would like to see other areas in Portugal (especially Lisbon)  before or after retreat, feel free to message Rima (simply respond to contact form below) for recommendations.
