The original hot yoga – it’s for every body
The Therapeutic Hot Yoga classes we offer, also known as Hot Yoga, 26&2, or Bikram Method, consist of a series of 26 poses and two breathing exercises performed in a room heated to approximately 105°F with 40% humidity. This environment is designed to mimic the climate of India, providing a comprehensive workout that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness in a single practice.
This sequence was designed nearly 50 years ago to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, sick or healthy, young or old, in shape or injured, sad or smiling, it’s for you to make yours. This practice is intense, challenging, and best of all extremely rewarding.
How to Prepare and Yoga Etiquette:
Hydrate properly before each class and make sure not to have a heavy meal too close to class start time.
Arrive 10-15 min before class. Class starts on time and once class starts, the door will close. Late comers are not allowed in. If you notice you will be arriving late, please register for another class.
Please be mindful when in class. Going in and out of the classroom and arriving late disrupts the class. We have many long time dedicated practitioners and we focus on discipline and proper form.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, towel to cover your mat and towel for showering after class(if you plan to shower). Yoga mats and bottled water are available for sale. Towels can be rented. There are no mats available for rent.
