Kris received her Bikram Yoga Instructor Certification in the Spring of 2015 in Thailand.
She took her first yoga class in 2007. Originally, she undertook the practice to counteract the effects of aging and arthritis, but what bring her now to practice daily is yoga’s ability to calm her mind. She later decided to become a Yoga instructor because of the healing of all the healing benefits this practice offers and for the potential to change lives.
