Bikram Yoga Method – The Original Hot Yoga
Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga, 26&2, or Bikram Method, is the original hot yoga series. This is a series of twenty-six yoga postures and two breathing exercises practiced in heated room (heated to about 105F and 40% humidity). The series designed to provide a challenging and effective yoga experience. This sequence was designed nearly 50 years ago to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, young or old, in shape out of shape, this yoga is for you. This practice can be intense and challenging. However, it is extremely rewarding.
