South Portugal Wellness Retreat

This retreat will be in the Algarve region of Portugal. Our home during the retreat will be at Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel in Alvor, Portugal. Attending this retreat will give you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate while exploring a beautiful region of Portugal.

- 6 nights accommodations at 5 star hotel Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel
- Daily Yoga in the newly built Yoga Dome at Longevity
- Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel Daily Breakfast Buffet with healthy and tasty options.
- Two Group Dinners at designated locations are included during the week
- Access to the Detox & Relax Wet Area Circuit for 1 hour per day/per person (infra-red sauna, steam room, ice fountain, Epsom salt room, sensations showers, relaxing room, relax walking path, indoor heated detox pool, indoor sensation relax pool) .

- Our retreat center will be about an hour drive from Faro Aiport and 3 hours drive from Lisbon Airport
- Transportation to/from Faro Airport included at designated times on September 1st and 7th.
