South Portugal Wellness Retreat

September 1st – September 7th 2025

This retreat will be in the Algarve region of Portugal. Our home during the retreat will be at Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel  in Alvor, Portugal. Attending this retreat will give you the  opportunity to relax and rejuvenate while exploring a beautiful region of Portugal.

Included

• 6 nights accommodations at 5 star hotel  Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel
• Daily Yoga in the newly built Yoga Dome at Longevity.
• Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel Daily Breakfast Buffet with healthy and tasty options.
• Two Group Dinners are included during the week

Booking your Flights

• Our retreat center will be about an hour drive from Faro Aiport and 3 hours drive from Lisbon Airport
• Transportation to/from Faro Airport included at designated times on September 1st and 7th.
• Transportation to/from Lisbon Airport can be arranged at Additional cost.

• $1600  $1450 (Early Bird Rate) Double Occupancy -only available for those who book a room with someone they know.

LONGEVITY ROOM (a little bit bigger room):

Spacious with one double or two twin beds, bathroom with shower, and a comfortable private furnished balcony.
